Territory. The promotional Offer is for eligible business entities licensed in the United Arab Emirates. Business customers elsewhere may purchase paid FlowDocs plans where the applicable sales channel makes them available, but are not entitled to this Offer unless FlowDocs confirms otherwise in writing.

These Campaign Terms are a promotion-specific part of the Contract. The FlowDocs Master SaaS Terms (https://flowdocs.co/terms) govern the Services generally, the DPA (https://flowdocs.co/dpa) governs Customer Personal Data, and an Order governs a later paid purchase. FlowDocs’ controller processing is described in the Privacy Notice (https://flowdocs.co/privacy_policy) and the current subprocessor register is published at https://flowdocs.co/subprocessors The Master Terms’ single liability cap applies and liability does not stack across documents.

1 Eligibility and Verification

1.1. The Offer is limited to legal entities holding a valid trade or professional licence in the United Arab Emirates and acquiring the Services wholly for business use. FlowDocs may request legal name, licence details, issuing authority, business domain and evidence before activation. Registrations using public email domains (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) are accepted but are flagged for manual post-moderation review before full activation. The promo code is made available after registration through the campaign landing page and its lead form; codes obtained from any other source are not valid.

1.2. The Offer is limited to one Activated Workspace per Customer group and the first one hundred eligible Activated Workspaces, unless FlowDocs states otherwise. Related entities, aliases, common-control entities and substantially identical registrations may be treated as one group.

1.3. Code submission creates no entitlement until FlowDocs confirms activation. FlowDocs may reject, suspend or revoke an activation that is incomplete, unverifiable, duplicate, misleading, sanctioned, abusive or outside eligibility. The Offer is non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be combined with another promotion.

2 Offer

2.1. An Activated Workspace receives the FlowDocs Standard tier for up to ten active named Users for twelve months from the activation timestamp in FlowDocs’ confirmation, subject to the Contract, a 2 MB per-file upload limit and reasonable fair-use, security and abuse controls.

2.2. Promotional access is free, requires no payment method and does not automatically convert to paid access. Microsoft licences, connectivity, devices, third-party charges, migration, customisation and professional services are not included.

2.3. Any upgrade is a separate paid Order at the price, currency, tax, renewal and cancellation terms shown at checkout. Paid plans may be purchased by eligible businesses worldwide where available and lawful.

3 Acceptance and Communications

3.1. An authorised Admin must affirmatively accept these Campaign Terms, the Master Terms and DPA through an unchecked box before activation. FlowDocs may retain the acceptance evidence described in the Master Terms. Existing Workspaces must re-accept this version before FlowDocs relies on materially stronger restrictions or liability terms.

3.2. Acceptance authorises operational, verification, support, security, legal, expiry and deletion notices. It is not blanket marketing consent. Marketing requires a separate optional consent or other lawful basis, channel-specific permissions and an effective opt-out under the law of the recipient’s location, including applicable GCC telemarketing and direct-marketing rules.

4 Use Suspension and Customer Responsibility

4.1. Licences are named-user seats and may not be shared. The Customer is responsible for Users, configuration, permissions, lawful Customer Data, exports, independent backups, Microsoft requirements and sector compliance. Prohibited and regulated data are governed by the Master Terms and DPA.

4.2. FlowDocs may throttle, suspend or terminate affected promotional access for breach, abuse, security risk, fraud, sanctions, non-cooperation with verification, third-party platform action or disproportionate cost. No extension, credit or compensation is due for a restriction caused by Customer breach or risk.

5 Expiry Export and Deletion

5.1. At the end of twelve months, the Workspace enters Read-Only Mode for ninety days unless Customer activates a paid Order. FlowDocs will send expiry notices thirty days, seven days and one day before expiry and a final reminder before access is disabled; a missed reminder does not extend the term if sent to the registered contact or displayed in the Services.

5.2. Customer must use then-available export functions before the retrieval period ends. FlowDocs does not promise a bulk export or particular format unless stated in an Order. Active-system deletion, backups, logs and legal retention follow the DPA.

6 Liability and Governing Terms

6.1. The Offer is a free Service. Under Section 13 of the Master Terms, FlowDocs’ contractual liability cap for the Offer is zero, and all exclusions, non-stack provisions and mandatory-law qualifications in that section apply. This does not prevent an authority from exercising non-excludable statutory powers.

6.2. The federal laws of the UAE and laws applicable in Sharjah govern, and Sharjah courts have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory jurisdiction and local law that cannot validly be displaced. Customers outside the UAE remain responsible for local requirements affecting their deployment.
