FlowDocs Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and FlowDocs (“FlowDocs,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using FlowDocs services through our website https://flowdocs.co, integrated platforms (such as Microsoft Teams), or any other applications, you agree to comply with these Terms. 

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use FlowDocs. Violation of any provisions may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice. 

FlowDocs may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 

The FlowDocs name and logo are trademarks of FlowDocs.

1 – Account Terms

  • You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use FlowDocs.
  • Only human users are permitted. Automated accounts, bots, or scripts are strictly prohibited.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. FlowDocs is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from failure to secure your account.
  • FlowDocs may send you communications by email, in-app notifications, or other channels about your account and the Service.
  • You are accountable for all content and activity carried out under your account, even if submitted by third parties.
  • You must not use FlowDocs for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable regulations, including intellectual property laws.
  • Accounts may not exceed five active concurrent sessions.
  • FlowDocs reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at its discretion.

2 – Payment and Access

  • A valid credit card or bank account is required for paid accounts.
  • Free accounts do not require payment information.
  • Any upgrade or downgrade will take effect from the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
  • Services are billed in advance in line with our published pricing. Payments are non-refundable.
  • Fees are exclusive of taxes, duties, and levies, except for applicable Canadian taxes where FlowDocs is legally responsible. You agree to pay any applicable charges linked to your use of FlowDocs.

3 – Cancellation and Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time by contacting FlowDocs via email or phone. Cancellation will deactivate your account and delete associated content permanently. Deleted data cannot be restored.
  • You remain responsible for all charges incurred before cancellation, including full payment for the billing period in which you cancel.
  • FlowDocs may suspend, limit, or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. In such cases, FlowDocs may also notify law enforcement where appropriate.
  • FlowDocs shall not be liable for losses or damages resulting from suspension, modification, or termination of the Service.

4 – Content and Content Rights

  • Definitions: “Content” refers to all materials accessible through FlowDocs, including text, images, video, audio, or data. “User Content” refers specifically to material uploaded or submitted by users.
  • Ownership: FlowDocs does not claim ownership over User Content. However, by using the Service, you grant FlowDocs a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for:
    • Delivering and maintaining the Service for you and your organisation; and
    • Generating anonymised, aggregated benchmarking data.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and share User Content. You must not upload anything that infringes third-party rights, breaches privacy laws, or violates contracts.
  • You may remove your Content at any time following the steps outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5 – General Conditions

  • FlowDocs provides its Service “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
  • You agree not to copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent from FlowDocs.
  • You may not harvest user data, distribute malicious software, or interfere with the operation of FlowDocs in any way.
  • FlowDocs does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the correction of defects. We are not liable for damages (direct or indirect) resulting from the use of the Service.
  • If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall remain valid and enforceable.
  • FlowDocs may remove Content or accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws at its sole discretion.
  • These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and FlowDocs, replacing any prior agreements.

6 – Governing Law

Unless otherwise required by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from your use of FlowDocs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai Courts.

If a court finds any portion of these Terms unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
